The Water Barn is a spacious, unique and stylish property with flexible accommodation for up to ten guests, with a heated swimming pool and situated close to the Jurassic Coast and Lulworth Cove.

This attractive former cottage and water mill has been carefully refurbished and offers lots of modern comforts and amenities, but with a sense of the original country dwelling throughout, with some exposed stone walls and original beams. There are five bedrooms on the first floor, a double height sitting room with wood burning stove and gallery above, an open plan family room and dining area, and a fully equipped contemporary kitchen with breakfast island and seating. Next to the kitchen is a utility room with adjoining cloakroom with shower, and on the first floor the master bedroom has its own en-suite shower room and dressing area. There is a family bathroom with walk-in shower enclosure, and a separate spacious shower room also.

In addition to having a large garden abutting the River Frome, it has a private designed courtyard with heated swimming pool and al fresco dining and relaxing areas aplenty.

Well situated less than six miles from Dorset’s magnificent Jurassic Coast and Lulworth Cove, this unique property in the village of East Burton is perfect for families or friends who wish to enjoy this beautiful part of Dorset.
